"After going on line,fortunately I found J !! After explaining the sudden loss of everything available,on what I thought was a good quality audio system,in a Mitsubishi l200,i had just bought,he explained to me it was a common ocurrence!! The bill could be considerable,if I opted for the same make as what was already fitted,and he helped me through the haze of what's available to replace it, with !! he came to us,which is a fair few miles from his base! Arrived smack on time,i tried my best to explain what had happened,and also that I had a further problem,as a previous owner,had put a whole load of extraneous wires,of which I knew nothing,and asked if he could help,with finding the route for these wires,and what they were supposed to control? jay then said I could leave him to it!! A short time later,jay shouted me,and he had fitted the all new Pioneer replacement unit to our vehicle! And for me to get in the car and he would quickly show me how everything worked,and how to use the extra apps!! what a great guy he is !!! It really was a pleasure to get such a patient,and pleasant person,that had fitted everything,including a reversing camera etc,and left no mess,and such a tidy fitting,of everything needed,or wanted,to enable everything to work correctly !! He also had traced the wiring,that was worrying me,to the rear towbar wiring socket!! It has been done using totally the wrong wire gauges,so will be removed,as a safety measure !! once again,i would like to thank J so much for his help,and great knowledge,and wish him all the best for his continued growth in the car audio world,he deserves it !! I can assure him of my continued choice of his company,and especially him,for any work using his speciality knowledge,he deserves all the credit,for his superb efforts !! Many thanks !! Ian"
